Your rental covers delivery, seven rental days, pickup, and the tonnage cap listed for your can size. Extension days and overweight tonnage bill on the terms printed on your confirmation.
We place the can where you direct, on boards. You confirm the surface can take a loaded truck (roughly the weight of a fire engine). Cans go on private property unless you hold a valid street permit from your municipality.
Load level with the rim — nothing sticking above it, by DOT law. Prohibited: tires, liquids, paint, batteries, refrigerant appliances, asbestos, medical waste, and anything flammable or hazardous. Prohibited items found in a load are removed and disposed of lawfully.
Loads are weighed on certified scales. Weight over the limit on your confirmation is handled as agreed at booking. Scale tickets are attached to every invoice.
We're responsible for our truck and our driving. You're responsible for the can and its contents while it sits on your site, and for surfaces you direct us onto against our written advice.
Cancel any time before the truck is dispatched. Weather delays on our side are simply rescheduled.
